  • For moves under 50 miles - Charges are based on the below hourly rates

2-Man Crew

$160/hr

Includes 1 truck and 2 gents

3-Man Crew

$195/hr

Includes 1 truck and 3 gents

4-Man Crew

$230/hr

Includes 1 truck and 4 gents

*A three (3) hour minimum applies to all hourly-based moves, regardless of day of the week or holiday status. This minimum includes all billable time such as loading, travel, and unloading.

**Most estimates are non-binding and the invoiced price is based on actual time worked after the minimum. (Time is invoiced in 15 minute increments.)

  • For in-state moves over 50 miles -  Charges are based on weight and distance.
  • For out-of-state moves -  Multiple factors are considered for this type of move and charges are based on our interstate tarriff.

All standard moves include the following

  • Professional Moving Crew - Experienced movers to handle your belongings with care.
  • Loading & Unloading - Safe and efficient handling of all items, including furniture and fragile items.
  • Transportation - Secure local transport of your belongings with our professional driver.
  • One Moving Truck – A fully-equipped moving truck is provided as part of your move.
  • Moving Equipment & Supplies – Dollies, straps, protective padding, and plastic wrap used to safeguard your items.
  • Basic Protection Coverage – Standard protection for your items throughout the entire moving process.
  • Furniture Disassembly & Reassembly – We take apart and set up your furniture as needed for safe transport.

Additional Charges


  • Waiting Time - Billed at the applicable hourly crew rate
  • Packing & Unpacking - Billed at standard hourly crew rate
  • Extra Labor - $40.00/hour per person
  • Additional Stops - $90.00 per stop.
  • Additional Trucks - $250 per truck.
  • SIT (Storage in Transit) - First Day - $6.82 per 100lbs of weight | Each Additional Day - $0.21 per 100lbs

Basic Protection Options


  1. Released Value Protection - (FREE) - Provided at no additional cost, this covers your items at $0.60 per pound per article.
  2. Full Value Protection - (Price is based on amount declared by you) - Provides coverage based on current replacement value at the time of

loss or damage, up to the dollar amount of valuation declared by you.

  1. No Deductible - $15.73 per $1,000 declared value
  2. $300 Deductible - $5.17 per $1,000 declared value.


*Minimum declared value: $5,000 per room (excludes halls, attics, garages, closets, baths)

**Carrier shall have option of repairing and/or restoration to the original condition.
